Altitut provides educational and entrepreneurship technology for students, educators and institutions. This page summarizes our current approach to security, privacy, accessibility and institutional reviews.
Security
- Hosted on Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure
- HTTPS used for production services
- Authenticated access controls are used for protected application workflows
- Developer and admin systems use MFA
- Security-related checks are included in backend development workflows
Altitut does not currently claim SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification.
Certifications held by infrastructure providers such as Google Cloud are provider certifications and are not represented as Altitut certifications.
Privacy and student data
The privacy policy describes what information Altitut collects and how it is used. This Trust Center does not add new contractual promises.

Some Altitut features use third-party AI services to provide product functionality. Altitut evaluates provider data-use and retention terms as part of its privacy and security review.
Accessibility
Accessibility Conformance Reports are published for Altitut App and Altitut Teacher. They are vendor-authored and are not certifications. Altitut Competition has a draft interim accessibility report.

Altitut maintains a draft HECVAT 4.1.6 assessment for the Altitut App and Teacher Platform. It reflects security, privacy, accessibility, and operational controls verified to date and is updated as additional evidence becomes available.
Institutions may request the current draft during security or procurement review. The draft is not a completed or certified HECVAT.
